W

e saw another outstanding year for prestige properties in the Ku-ring-gai area in 2016. This is evidenced by the 36 homes McConnell Bourn sold for over $3,000,000 for the year. Our market leadership provides us with a unique perspective on how to best promote and sell luxury properties for our clients. Personally, in 2016 my team and I facilitated the sale of 24 homes and achieved 8 street records. 16 of these 24 homes sold for over $3,000,000 with an average sale price of $4,085,000. Contained within this booklet are a selection of these superb properties.
