Candidates Guideline • Applications must be completed in English and sent in PDF format by email to responsible MC member. • Candidates must answer all questions presented on General Questions and Specific Questions for your role. • Roles with more than 2 applicants will have the option to shortlist candidates based on:

a)

Experience in the application area;

b)

Fulfillment of questionnaire expectations;

• The visual part of the application must be considered for a better reading, but will not be part of the selection process

• You must have a minimum of 12 hours/week available for NST work. DEADLINE: 18/02, 23:59 (BG Time – GMT+2) IMPORTANT: Late applications will not be accepted

Internal Communication Questions: 1.

Create a template for Newsletter. On this template you need at least one topic about GE, Discipline and MC VP experience. The template can be added in another file but needs to be in PDF format.

2.

Check MC Bulgaria Facebook Page. Propose strategies to boost our page and recommendations to be more attractive to the members.

3.

Build a tool which can track the reach of our internal communication. Considering these channels: Facebook, Slack and AIESEC Hub.
