Speaker Scott Thompson will conduct an exclusive â€œhands-onâ€? short sale clinic following the general session. During the clinic, Thompson will work with members to resolve any specific issues they have with a particular short sale transaction. Members who participate in the clinic must currently be involved in a short sale transaction and be willing to share some general information about the short sale file. This is a great opportunity to get direction and guidance from someone who has been working with short sales for over a decade.
