Chamber Chat It is a great honor and humbling privilege to be given the opportunity to lead the charge for the Milledgeville Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce in 2018. Even though Karen and I have lived in Milledgeville for only a few years, we have fallen in love with our community and all that it offers. Through newcomers eyes we found a vibrant community with great educational, social, recreational, and business opportunities for those who are willing to take advantage of them. When is the last time we all made the effort to look above the challenges and, with fresh eyes, see the blessings that surround us? That, for me, is the biggest part of our mission and purpose as members of our Chamber of Commerce. Whether it is our family and friends, our faith, or our community, I firmly believe that we naturally become vocal ambassadors for the things about which we are passionate. Let’s commit to support each other and our local businesses as we focus on the things that make Milledgeville and Baldwin County great. Then let’s passionately share with everyone we meet that our community is a wonderful place to live and do business. Join me as we “preach the gospel” of Milledgeville and Baldwin County in 2018!
