Gujarat having longest coastline, has developed strong infrastructure in ports and related sectors, including coastal marine police force, maritime engineering, port management, port led railway, coastal environment, in the last decade. After having achieved these overall infrastructure it is quintessential to develop human resource for accelerating the pace of development in maritime sector. It is heartening to know that B. K. School of Business Management, Gujarat University is coming up with Placement Brochure of MBA Maritime Management batch 2012-2014. I wish all the youth a very best and successful future in the year to come.
