CREATIVITY for SUSTAINABILITY

I designed and managed multiple projects including visitor centers, hotels, cinemas, wildlife facilities, exhibitions, houses and condos, etc. Then I participated in a wonderful sustainable development regional planning project on an island in the Persian Gulf, where I worked hard and learned a lot within a team of Japanese experts for three years. Afterr moving to Canada in 2019 I was mostly involded with residential and renovation projects. Throughout my professional career, I always talked with the stakeholders about the importance of our responsibilities for the next generation. I believe architects are naturally committed and equipped to utilize their creative minds to find correct

answers in any situation. This challenge makes architecture an exciting profession for me.

I am blessed to work with supportive clients, good contractors, and enthusiastic teammates. The successful delivery of a project requires the close collaboration of the engineering team, the client, the contractor, and the end-users, all bound together by the glue of friendship. It was a terrific opportunity for me to serve communities and examine some impressive buildings, and I am grateful for the people who made it possible for me to do so.

This Portfolio attests my works in the past not future! So I hope to retouch it with prideful projects with you, soon. We together must and can build a better world.

This 7-level built concrete structure possess to a private owner.

The building was originally designed wanted to change it to a luxury hotel -

lem was the lack of parking stalls. I redesigned the whole building some creative solutions to provide access to levels -1 and -2 to be used as a controlled parking space. The City approved our plans and the client became so convinced as our innovative

or rent another land for the parking. My team was also committed to selectconstruction.

Built New Single-Family House

The Glebe, Ottawa, ON, 2020

I built this house for Top Elite Construction Inc. from Oct. 2019 to June 2020 and did all closing tasks in Sep 2020. I changed some exteriors, landscape, and interior features of the project coordinated with the project architect, to make more harmony with its urban context by proposing red brick, grey stucco and black frame for windows. My communication skills mixed with my architectural design sense restored a damaged relationship between the comapny and neighbours.
