After being horrifically disfigured by her ex-husband, effectively ending her modeling career, Madison Sheffield turns to a quieter life as a novelist. In researching her latest book, she becomes obsessed with the age old legend of the Fountain of Youth. Staying at a luxury villa rumored to be near the secret location of the Fountain, she meets two mysterious men. The three find themselves as pawns in a twisted game played by the other residents of the villa, resulting in the resurrection of an Ancient Evil. What follows will drag the blood drenched secrets of history and the Fountain into unforgiving light.
