The DESIGN Process • Unlimited emails  throughout  the  design  process  for  advice  and  guidance   • 1  meeting  (3hrs  max  &  can  be  done  remotely)  to  determine  an  overall  theme  or  color  palette  for  the   event  as  well  as  conceptualize  unique  design  ideas  for  ceremony,  cocktail  hour  and  reception.   Elements  including:  floral,  bars,  tablescapes,  guestbook  displays,  food  stations,  escort  cards,   furniture  rentals  and  lighting.  Each  element  will  be  meticulously  designed  to  reflect  you  as  a  couple.     • Custom  Designed  Inspiration  Board  for  ceremony,  tablescapes,  lounges,  deserts  etc   • Recommend  vendors  for  designs  based  on  budget     • Check  vendor  availability  +  assist  with  booking   • $100  credit  on  rental  items  from  Maven   *Does  not  include  set  up  on  day  of  event  or  break  down.  All  product  and  or  rentals  incorporated  in  your   design,  production  time,  installation,  delivery  and  strike  will  appear  as  separate  line  items  on  your  design   invoice  and  will  be  determined  throughout  the  design  process.  We  recommend  adding  a  day  of   production  coordinator  to  this  package  if  you  have  a  lot  of  DIY  Items.

the Coordination process

AFTER BOOKING • Initial timeline  discussion  with  your  coordinator   • Unlimited  emails  before  your  wedding  to  ask  all  the  questions  you  need   • Unlimited  vendor  recommendations  for  vendors  who  will  best  complement  your  big  day    

The Planning Process • One 2  hour  in-­‐person  meeting  3-­‐4  weeks  before  your  wedding  to  review  all  elements  and  details  of  your   wedding  celebration   • Site  visit  and  review  of  all  elements  of  your  day  3-­‐4  weeks  prior  to  wedding  date   • Vendor  management  begins  2  weeks  before  your  wedding  date.  We  will  become  the  primary  contact  for  all   vendors  and  facilitate  all  final  payments  on  the  day  of  your  wedding.     • Confirm  all  vendor  orders  and  quantities  on  rental  items   • Advise  on  finalize  layouts  (as  needed)   • Develop  a  thorough,  detailed  timeline  of  your  wedding  day   • Attend  or  execute  wedding  rehearsal  (if  requested)   • Collect  all  design  items  at  rehearsal  to  prepare  for  the  wedding  day    

Wedding day management ( 1 c o o r d I n a t o r | 1 2 h o u r s ) • Execute day  of  timeline,  coordinate  vendors  and  events  throughout  the  day   • Arrange  for  items  from  the  ceremony  to  be  brought  to  the  reception  site  (as  needed)   • Cue  timing  of  all  events  previously  determined  (dinner,  toasts,  dances,  announcements,  etc)   • Coordination  of  wedding  party   • Management  of  vendors,  oversee  room  set  up,  styling  and  installation  of  rentals  and  any  DIY  materials.   Meet  with  each  vendor,  review  timeline,  distribute  final  payments  and  tips     • Arrange  all  last  minute  decorations  and  details  are  taken  care  of  at  reception   • Manage  all  wedding  day  emergencies   • Confirm  post  event  transportation  is  on  time   • Ensure  you  are  packed  up  to  exit  on  time  at  the  end  of  the  night  (additional  tear  down  fees  may  apply  for,   floral,  rentals,  large  amounts  of  personal  décor,  etc)   • Coordinate  collection  of  gifts,  guest  book,  cameras,  and  personal  items  and  bring  to  your  suite  or   designated  car  (while  within  the  12  hour  timeframe)  

 

** ADDITIONAL  PLANNERS  MAY  BE  REQUIRED  FOR  SPECIFIC  VENUES,  LARGER  WEDDINGS  AND  MULTIPLE  LOCATIONS,  UPON  THE   DISCRETION  OF  MAVEN  &  AT  THE  FOLLOWING  ADDITIONAL  CHARGES  TO  THE  CLIENT:  150+  GUESTS  -­‐  $350  |  300+  GUESTS  -­‐  $550  |400+   GUESTS  -­‐  $750
