Architect - Bruce Henderson Client - C&L International Contract Value - $69 Million Completion Date - February 2018 Royal Como is 21 storey mixed use apartment tower consisting of retail tenancies, commercial offices ,residential amenities including a pool, gymnasium, lounge/meeting rooms and 106 apartments across 15 levels. The project was completed in February 2018, four months ahead of contract. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities during the construction of Royal Como involved: - Internal quality control and defect management. - Co-ordination and management of Architect/Client inspections. - Co-ordination of Purchaser Inspections. - Assessment of subcontractor progress claims. - Co-ordination of minor trade packages on site.


Architect - Rothe Lowman Client - Little Projects Contract Value - $63 Million Completion Date - May 2018 Dux Richmond Hill is a Residential led mixed-use development compromising of one building that houses eight retail tenancy shells, three level basement car park with 167 apartments and 8 townhouses over 11 floors with communal facilities including pool, outdoor terrace and dining area. The project is located at the corner of Bridge Road and Judd Street, Richmond.

Responsibilities Primary responsibilities during the construction of Dux Involved: - Internal quality control and defect management. - Co-ordination and management of Architect/Client inspections. - Management of applications for authority approvals/permits - Document Control - Financial administration


Architect - JAM Architects Client - BANCO Group Contract Value - $110 Million Completion Date - October 2019 East Brunswick Village is a mixed-use multi-residential, commercial and retail development situated on Nicholson Street in East Brunswick. Stage 1 and 2 currently under construction consist of a two level podium basement carpark with two mixed use towers above. Lot 1 consists of 5 retail tenancies with 64 apartments above over 4 levels with communal areas located on level 1 and a rooftop terrace on level 5. Lot 2 consists of a coles supermarket at ground level with 151 apartments above over 5 levels with communal areas throughout. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities during the construction of East Brunswick Village Involved: - Document Control - Samples co-ordination and approval - Authority Approvals and Permits. - Financial Administration. - Assessment of subcontractor progress claims. - EHQS management and compliance. - General Contract Administration duties. - Minor works co-ordination.
