Kompetenčni center za razvoj kadrov v računovodski dejavnosti

Competence Centre for Human Resources’ Development in Accounting

Leta 2011 je Unija kot nosilec projekta skupaj s partnerji, ki delujemo v okviru računovodske, knjigovodske in revizijske dejavnosti ter davčnega svetovanja, začela izvajati operacije za vzpostavitev in delovanje Kompetenčnega centra za razvoj kadrov v računovodski dejavnosti. Skupni interes partnerstva je sistematičen pristop k povečevanju usposobljenosti zaposlenih, razvoju kadrov, prenosu dobrih poslovnih praks in znanj med partnerji, dvigu kakovosti opravljenih storitev, povečanju zadovoljstva naročnikov ter s tem tudi konkurenčnosti podjetij in zaposlenih. Operacijo pod geslom »Združeni v znanju«deloma financira Evropska unija. Glavni namen projekta je sodelovanje med sorodnimi podjetji v panogi, oblikovanje kompetenčnih modelov ter vzpostavitev sistematičnega razvoja kadrov. Glavni cilji projekta so: • večja prilagodljivost, učinkovitost in konkurenčnost podjetij in zaposlenih v računovodski dejavnosti, • izboljševanje usposobljenosti in temeljnih veščin ter zmanjševanje primanjkljajev kompetenc zaposlenih v računovodski dejavnosti, • boljša kakovost opravljenih storitev, • večja prepoznavnost in ugled računovodske dejavnosti. V okviru projekta uvajamo pet modelov kompetenc za delovna mesta obračunovalec plač, knjigovodja, računovodja, vodja računovodskega servisa in davčni svetovalec.

In 2011, as project leader and together with partners active in the field of accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax consultancy services, Unija launched operations necessary to establish the Competence Centre for Human Resources in Accounting. The common interest of the partnership is to systematically improve the professional expertise of employees, aim towards systematic human resource development, exchange good business practices and knowledge, improve the quality of services on offer, and attain greater client satisfaction as well as a greater competitiveness of companies and employees. The project is partially financed by the European Union, under the motto »United in knowledge«. Its main objective is to develop a partnership among related companies in the field, shape competence models and establish systematic human resource development. The main objectives of the project are: • to achieve greater flexibility, efficiency and competitiveness of companies and employees in accounting, • to improve training and basic skills and diminish the shortage in competence of those working in accounting, • to improve the quality of services rendered, • to achieve greater prominence and improve the image of accounting services. The project strives to develop five competence models for the following staff positions: accountant responsible for the settlement of salaries, bookkeeper, accountant, head of accounting, and tax advisor.

Računovodska hiša Unija je za zagotavljanje stalnega izobraževanja zaposlenih v računovodski stroki ustanovila Inštitut za računovodstvo, ki je z leti postal vodilni ponudnik izobraževanja s področja računovodenja, kadrov in davkov. Poleg Akademije IR, ki je celoletno izobraževanje in se izvaja kot Akademija IR GOSPODARSTVO in JAVNI SEKTOR, med šolskim letom organiziramo delavnice, šole , seminarje in kratke seminarje. Letno se zvrsti več kot 300 izobraževanj, namenjenih vsem, ki delujejo na področju računovodenja, davkov in kadrov. Strokovno izobraževanje in informiranje je zagotovljeno tudi prek portala IR, ki ima že več kot 14.000 registriranih uporabnikov, in biltena Unikum, kjer so objavljene aktualne teme in strokovna mnenja. Šolsko leto se na Inštitutu za računovodstvo tradicionalno začne s Tednom računovodij, na katerem se zvrsti več brezplačnih strokovnih predavanj. Dogodek se je uveljavil kot najpomembnejše srečanje računovodske stroke pri nas. S šolskim letom 2013/14 je Inštitut za računovodstvo uvedel možnost pridobitve naziva ›Računovodski strokovnjak IR‹. Certifikat, ki ga kandidati pridobijo po opravljenih izpitih, je priznanje njihovemu strokovnemu znanju in usposobljenosti. Hkrati so vpisani v register, ki združuje visoko usposobljene strokovnjake, sposobne delovati v slovenskem in mednarodnem prostoru, in je dostopen širši javnosti.

Appart from the IR Academy, which is a whole year education and is performed as an Academy IR ECONOMY and PUBLIC SECTOR, we organise workshops, shools, seminars and short seminars during the school year. Traditionally, the school year in the Institute of Accounting begins with the Week of Accountants, which offers several professional lectures free of charge. The event has established itself as a most important gathering of the accounting profession in Slovenia. With the school year 2013/14 the Institute of Accounting has introduced the possibility of obtaining the title >Accounting Professional IR<. The certificate, obtained by the candidates after their finished exams, is an award for their professional knowledge and qualification. At the same time they are entered into the register, that unites highly qualified professionals, that are able to perform in Slovene as well as in international area, and is available for broader public.

Skriti podjetniški prvak (Hidden champions) V sklopu projekta I3SME (Introducing innovation inside small and medium enterprises), ki je vključeval 927 podjetij v Srednji Evropi s ciljem izboljšati inovacijske dejavnosti v malih in srednje velikih podjetjih, je med devetimi slovenskimi podjetji naziv Skritih podjetniških prvakov (Hidden champions) prejela tudi UNIJA.

Hidden Champions Within the scope of the I3SME project (Introducing innovation in small and medium businesses) which included 927 companies throughout Middle Europe and aiming at improving innovation efforts in small and medium companies, UNIJA d.d., together with nine other Slovenian companies, received the title Hidden Champions.

With merging of accounting Services ten years ago we have entered the road, which in the last years has led us towards successful business and trust of numerous customers. Although we have practiced the accounting already 20 years ago, 10 years ago we have stepped ouf of the average, began to operate differently and connected into Unija. In 2006, Unija has established the Institute of Accounting, with the mission focused towards research and expansion of accounting knowledge as well as its transmission from theory into practice and vice versa. In 2010, Unija began to expand; it opened offices in

Serbia and Croatia, in 2011 it also began to operate in Bosnia and Hercegovina. The year 2013 has brought opening of the office in Vienna. Mox â&#x20AC;&#x201C; mobile office for successful micro-enterprises â&#x20AC;&#x201C; has been launched by Unija in 2011 together with its partners, when we also established the Competency center for development of personnel in the accounting business. The GZS award for exceptional economic and business achievements for 2011, which has been obtained by the CEO Miran Pikovnik in the name of Unija, has confirmed, that despite the crisis, it is possible to achieve growth, to develop and open new workplaces. In 2012, Unija has become a proud member of international organization IFA (International Fiscal Association), and in 2013 a fully fledged member of international organization AITC (Association of International Tax Consultants), that with its superb knowledge offers help to legal and private persons in the field of tax legislation, legal and fiscal systems as well as in accounting and auditing in more than 45 states on all continents. It has become a characteristic of the company to be one step ahead, which is also confirmed by many awards and prizes, granted to Unija in the period of 10 years.
