This bootcamp offers practical, industry-proven techniques and best practices designed to help estimators improve their bidding process and win more work. Participants will explore key topics such as interpreting construction documents, identifying work scopes, pre-qualifying trade partners, performing quantity take-offs, pricing strategies, bid tabulations, estimating general conditions, and calculating indirect costs.

Meet Dan Rondinelli, a passionate construction leader and educator dedicated to sharing and serving others interested in advancing their construction careers. Dan holds a “Class A” General Contractors License, is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP), as well as a LEED Accredited Professional with over three decades of commercial construction experience. Half of his career has been dedicated to estimating, preconstruction, and business development. Dan continues to teach Plan Reading/Estimating and has been doing so since 2000 for Colorado State University’s Construction Management Certificate Program. “My goal is to connect next generation constructors with world class subject matter experts and industry best practices to move the needle towards safer and more productive jobsites.”
