The Hotel Company Centro Congressi al Duomo CCAD-Firenze1 has promoted the present research, which was given the name Life Beyond Tourism®, thanks to the Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco® that carried it out and publishes its “Conclusions” presented at the end of the 18° General Assembly of the Experts of the Foundation held on 12, 13 March 2016 under the patronage of the Italian UNESCO Commission, UNWTO, ICCROM, ICOMOS and SIPBC and with the participation of most prominent world institutions in the theme of cultural heritage and travel, such as UNWTO, UNESCO, ICCROM, ICOMOS, ARC-WH Arab Regional Centre for World Heritage. The title of the Conclusions is WORLD HERITAGE SITES for DIALOGUE World Heritage of Humanity for Intercultural Dialogue through Travel Life Beyond Tourism® The intention of the Centro Congressi al Duomo is to disseminate among the Guests of its accommodation and conference facilities, the Guests of its City, Florence UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Conclusions of the Conference of the above-cited Assembly, the Conclusions are addressed to all those involved in the sphere of traveling so that they can learn about the commitment of the Centro Congressi al Duomo in managing its facilities not only economically, but also culturally, being well aware of the opportunities offered by travel in contributing to dialogue among culture and to the knowledge of diversity; but also in favouring, basing on another ethic, the economy that derives from all this, for development in peaceful coexistence. It is necessary to add that this attention to the activities of Dialogue among Cultures on behalf of the company Centro Congressi al Duomo began on September 14, 1991; this attention then continued with the constitution of the Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco® on November 3, 1998 in Florence in the Hall Martino V in Santa Maria Nuova, one of the greatest reference points of the Florentine community. On the basis of the above-mentioned research2 was born the ethos 'Life Beyond Tourism', then the 'Model LBT' for its implementation on the territories, with its 'Manual of application' and the ' Certification of Quality for Dialogue', presented in two volumes in 2014 . This research outlines six key points for the implementation of the Model LBT, among which emerge the responsibilities that the World Heritage Sites are undertaking in this third millennium that will have to become the World Heritage Sites for Dialogue, such as Palazzo Coppini, an example of best practice desired by the Centro Congressi al Duomo for the creation of opportunities for intercultural dialogue among visitors of Florence, which is destined today to be an International Meetings and Study Center. This practice contributes to the promotion of the 2003 UNESCO Convention for the protection of intangible heritage and of the 2005 UNESCO Convention for the promotion and protection of the diversity of cultural expressions, with the UNESCO 1972 World Heritage Convention.
