Ginger Fruit Salad serves 4-6 juice of 2 oranges 3 tablespoons juice from stem ginger jar 25 g (loz) light soft brown sugar 2 oranges 1 ogen melon, weighing about 1 kg (2 lb) 3 dessert apples 2 pieces of preserved stem ginger, finely chopped fresh mint leaves, to decorate 1 Put the orange juice in a saucepan with the stem ginger juice and sugar.
