The plot in ' The Sentinels Of The Star' revolves around Nil Paul, who is a lecturer inuniversity . He possessed sound knowledge in the discipline of History. He gets ashock while visiting his mentor who is head of the department of history in hisresidence in the university campus. The head of the department of history in theuniversity was killed in and the dead body was lying in a pool of blood. As Nil Paulwas supposed to meet the slain person, he now stands as a suspect of the murder andpolice arrests Nil Paul. Nil Paul is rescued by Yushika who is an agent serving theNational intelligence wing ,she helps Nil Paul in solving the mystery revolving aroundthe murder.They are astonished to find that the hints they are searching for are hidden in themanuscript which Nil's slain mentor carefully concealed with a combination of quaintsketches ,shapes and numbers .Although the clues can be seen clearly, yet they are tobe deciphered. As the story unfolds, it is found out that the late head of the departmentof history was a member of a mysterious task force whose mission was to preservethe supremacy of a certain social class above others by invoking their secret power.Nil and Yushika then struggle to find out the secret power by running from temples tohistorical monumental ruins around the whole Indian subcontinent .They are also being hunted by some anonymous antagonists. They duo needs to findout the reason for which Nil’smentor gave his life. Will Nil Paul and Yushika be able toface the indomitable antagonist and solve the mystery?
