Land rig packages Cameron delivers land rigs based on our internationally patented rack & pinion technology, enabling us to design and deliver rigs that have unique capabilities when compared with traditional land rigs. Our line of R&P rigs are now drilling, snubbing and doing workover on challenging wells all over the globe. These rigs are unique in terms of mobilization, operational weight, speed of operation, as well as level of automation. Our UltraSingle® rigs are super-efficient selfpropelled trailer rigs with a load rating between
125 T to 200T which can be outfitted for workover, drilling or «hybrid» in combination with coil tubing. Our 250T – 500T rack & pinion rigs are high performance land rigs for drilling the most advanced wells. With a direct connection between the hoisting system and the drill string drillers have better control along the well path. The rigs can be equipped with various pipe handling options, mud, power and other support systems, to create the most automated, integrated land drilling package available in the market.

Our service rigs are built around our patented rack and pinion technology which inherently allows the rig push capability to meet the demands of today’s long horizontal wells. This highly automated rig is safer and more environmentally friendly than traditional rigs. It utilizes our world class control system which means fewer workers required to operate it and keeping those workers at a safer distance from the operation. This modular rig allows for customization and has the flexibility of being powered by diesel or electrically.
Our UltraSingleÂŽ rigs are super-efficient rigs with a load rating between 75T to 150T. The rigs are typically trailer mounted but can be modularized for hard to reach areas. They can be adapted for workover, snubbing or coiled tubing operations.

The X-COM unit is control and information central for all applications requiring a completely flexible interface to machinery and/ or process. With X-COM, all individual controls, indicators and displays for any machinery are integrated into one ergonomic, compact, highly graphical system with an intuitive and optimised user interface. The X-COM is delivered as a complete unit mounted on a common base, with all internal
computers, displays and wiring connected, tested and ready to go. The only interfaces with the X-COM are a power cable, the emergency stop loop and a pair of network cables. The X-COM is the modern choice of a multi functional user interface, for a safer, faster and more efficient control of any machinery or process.

Drive Systems The Cameron TD-250-HY is a portable hydraulic top drive system, designed to accommodate client demands for an efficient, safe and rigid Top Drive system for all drilling operations. The engineering of the Top Drive ensures low maintenance and long equipment life using industry-proven components and high fatigue capacity materials. The remote-operated control system uses a customised PLC to ensure smooth, natural and comfortable operation. The TD-250-HY is designed for installation in regular land rigs.

Maintenance Agreements
Cameron is organized to provide our customers with the assistance they require with minimum response time. This is achieved by our global service network providing competent service resources and spare parts located close to our customers operational areas. Cameron’s main goal is to minimize down time on our products.
We welcome the chance to work closer with rigs and systems, for long term benefits and cost optimization. This includes maintenance, support, service, training and spare part agreements.
A maintenance agreement will include notification from Cameron to the customer automatically when the next piece of equipment is due for maintenance. All necessary spares, tools and Service Engineers will then be ready and scheduled to visit the rig or vessel.

Remote Access Center
Lab
Our Remote Access Center offers direct online support to rigs and vessels which enables our experts to support with troubleshooting equipment, identifying faulty components and guide in problem solving. The Remote Access Center can often solve a problem without sending a technician to the rig or to the vessel.
The Cameron software is developed in a dynamic 3D HIL Test Simulator environment. Furthermore test activities normally carried out during commissioning are verified at equipment delivery. All software developed in accordance with DNV-RP-D201.

The Cameron Drilling Simulator is configured with the actual rig layout. Actual 3D models and machine software is used to achieve a life like experience for the Drilling crews. The purpose of the Simulator is to train the Drilling crew by providing familiarization of the machinery and control stations, sequences collaboration, manual operation and unexpected scenarios.
Assembly and Test Facilities Cameron has top modern assembly and test facility where most of the equipment is thoroughly tested prior to shipment.
