Loose Skin in Weird Places Here is the copy of the comment I did on a forum post regarding weight loss

Quote: Hey all! I’ve lost 30 lbs so far and i still have about 110-120 to go. I’ve lost this first 30 pretty fast and I’m starting to see some saginess- not loose skin mostly just loose fat except in my neck- I noticed yesterday I have some wobbly skin in my neck and it’s loose enough that it folds now when I turn my head. I’m guessing it will probably tighten a little but it seems like it makes me look possibly bigger right now. Kinda discouraging but I am continuing on. I can handle extra skin but in my face and neck? So weird- anyone else?

Hi melodyrose, Firstly congratulations for that 30 lbs! That’s not something to be sniffed at and it really is a case of first things first. Concentrate on losing the fat and then you can turn your efforts more fully to the skin. However in the meantime it’s probably just as well to do as much for your skin as you can. The first thing is to make sure that you remain hydrated as hydrated skin is the most elastic and that will certainly help give your skin the best chance it has in getting back to its original condition. Another thing that often helps with reelasticating skin is MSM. This is available as both a cream and a supplement. The best brand I come across is Rich’s. You can get that mail order through richdistributing.com. Hope that helps, Mark **************
