This year, AIESEC Windsor is honoured to be hosting SouthON Conference 2014, a sub-regional conference for the Greater Toronto Area, Southern Ontario and Michigan on February 7th to 9th 2014. By participating at these conferences, students are exposed to a unique learning environment that develops distinct leadership qualities. This learning environment is possible through individual discovery, team experiences, mentoring, seminars, and learning circles. As the delegates return to their cities, they leave better equipped with the skills to become environmentally and socially responsible, global leaders.
