So many of us think that the answer to losing weight is not eating the foods we love or exercising until our heart feels like it will explode. The real trick to being able to lose pounds in days is to stop worrying about how much you've lost. It's to know you will lose pounds in days, to see yourself lose pounds in days, to actually feel the pounds already off of you. Visualization is the most powerful tool in our mental arsenal and you should learn to use it. It's actually proven that, even when you're not working out or exercising, just visualizing and imagining the workout will strengthen your muscles by about half as much as the actual workout. Your thoughts affect your body. The more you can see it, the more it becomes reality. Make it easier to imagine how much weight you've lost by eating smaller meals (but more frequently); this simple trick is great way of fooling your mind (and body) into believing it is eating less and thus losing weight. Lose pounds in days by believing you will, force yourself to see it now and it will come sooner than you imagine.
