You’ll notice some very unique numbers in our 4th Quarter edition: median home prices are up by 5.1% in King County, and 10.9% in Snohomish County, and average days on market are minimal - just 32 days area wide. Additionally, inventory is considerably low, down by 38.8% in King County, and 35.6% in Snohomish County.
