This year promises to be another incredible one for residents of Brookberry Farm as well as new families moving into the neighborhood. During the next couple months, finishing touches will be added to The Village Green area. As soon as warm weather arrives in a couple months, Brookberry Farm residents will see the beautiful landscaping taking hold in the area surrounding the pavilion. Two new areas of Brookberry Farm will be offered during 2016 – Walnut Park and Phase V. “With the addition of Walnut Park and Phase V, we will have a wide variety of home selections at Brookberry Farm,” developer Jim McChesney said. “In addition to the new area, there are about 45 available lots remaining in The Village and only about 10 in the rest of Phase IV.” “There’s no other neighborhood like Brookberry Farm in the Winston-Salem area,” he added. “The land is stunning, and the people who live at Brookberry Farm are wonderful. Other people gravitate to be part of something that’s as good as Brookberry Farm.” In addition to new areas, Brookberry Farm will host the 14th annual Kids for Kids Triathlon again in July and a city-wide swim club meet at the pool in mid-July. Whether visitors to special events or new families moving into the neighborhood, be sure to welcome everyone to Brookberry Farm!
