Happy New Year to everyone! I hope everyone is ready CDR Sharen Reichard, P to continue mak757-465-1531 ing Hampton –or– Roads Power SharenLee@cox.net Squadron “Shine” again in 2010. Thank you to our HRPS members for all your hard work in 2009. We had a great ending to 2009 by hosting thirty veterans from the Hampton VA Medical Center at our Christmas Party. This was a great success and so rewarding for all the members in attendance. You can find pictures from the party in this edition of the Landfall. Our members have completed another outstanding year with many hours of hard work and it shows in the amount of Merit Marks Hampton Roads Power Squadron has Executive Committee: received this past year. A listing of the 19 memCdr Sharen Reichard bers who received Merit Marks appears within this Lt/C Allen Orndorff—Executive Officer Lt/C Arlene Anderson—Squadron Educational Officer issue. Congratulations for a job well done! Lt/C Conrad Reisinger—Secretary We also need to start making plans for this year’s activities. There is a 2010 Squadron Activity Survey included in this month’s newsletter. Please take time to complete this survey and bring it to our next meeting or mail it to me. This
