DANISH MARITIME DAYS BACK IN 2018 17 stakeholders from all parts of The Blue Denmark participated in the first platform meeting regarding the next Danish Maritime Days - which will take place on May 1 - 4 May 2018. The platform meeting was hosted by Danish Maritime in Copenhagen.

Norden purchases and sells vessels. Norden goes through a long process before the contract is signed. This is the story of what took place before Norden could take possession of 2 secondhand MR product tankers on 1 August and 10 August, respectively, and place them in commercial management in Norient Product Pool.
A.P. Moller - Maersk has sold Maersk Tankers to A.P. Moller Holding for 1,2 billion dollars in cash. The transaction entails a market upside provision regulating total payment should the product tanker market significantly improve with a rebound in vessel values before the end of 2019.
THE CAPTAIN’S ACCOUNT In July, as the only cargo vessel the product tanker Nord Nightingale participated in the rescue of 2 German yachtsmen, whose boat had caught fire approximately 550 nautical miles east of Florida in the USA.
