2 eggs 75-100 ml sunflower oil 100 g sugar 125 g plain flour 1t vanilla extract pinch of salt 5g cinnamon 175 g grated carrots chopped nuts (if not allergic) 1t of bicarbonate soda whipped cream Method: Pre-heat oven to 180-200 degrees Mix the eggs with the sugar, salt, cinnamon, oil, vanilla extract and add the flour at the end. Finally add the carrots (you can add raisins to it but I donâ€™t want to) Then add the bicarbonate soda Spread the oil in the oven tray then pour dough in Now add the whip cream to your cake and voila!!! Enjoy!!!
Siomai Ingredients: 500g Prawns 1/6 cup of chopped water chestnuts 1/6 cup chopped carrots 1 medium minced onion a bunch of spring onions 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper 25 pieces large siomai wrappers
Wrapper: 1/8 water 1 egg 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1/8 t salt 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour Sauce: soy sauce and lemon
Method: Mix all the ingredients for the filling of the siomai. Once finished put a tablespoon on each wrapper. Make one of your friends to boil water and brush steamer with oil. keep folding until it is sealed. You do not need to seal the top and bottom. Just the sides. Once reached boiling point. Place the siomai in the steamer for 30 minutes. While the siomai is boiling make the sauce by putting in soy sauce in a bowl then add lemon juice. 7. Enjoy!!!! 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
Fried rice Ingredients: 750 g cooked rice 500 g prawns 450 g mixed vegetables pinch of salt 1 T of oil 1 egg 1/2 garlic cloves 1 onion

Put oil in stove Once hot put the garlic in the stove Once brown put the onions in. Once cooked put the egg in. Once cooked put the fried rice in. After a while put the mixed vegetables and prawns in the stove. After 5 minutes it should be cooked. Enjoy!!!!
Pansit (noodles) Ingredients: 4 oz chicken breast cooked 1 cup onions 1 cup carrots shredded 1 large Green bell pepper 2 Raw clove 2 cups shredded cabbage 2 T extra light olive oil 7 oz Angel hair pasta 1/2 cup Lemon juice 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce Method: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.
Boil pasta until it is soft and edible. Slice the breast as thinly as possible and small but not to small. Put it in the fridge once finished. Then chop onions and bell pepper. Add olive oil and put the onions, garlic and bell pepper in the stove once oil is hot. Once all of them are cooked add lemon juice and soy sauce. You can add water if it is too dry. Place the cabbage in when you put in the soy sauce and lemon. Once cabbage is softened, add the pasta. ENJOY!!!!!!
Chocolate Cake Ingredients: 1 1/10 cups of flour 3 T cocoa powder 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 t baking powder 1t baking soda 100 g icing sugar Method: 1. 2. 3. 4.
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together except for the icing sugar though do not over mix it. Pour in 9 inch cake pan. Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Omelette Ingredients: 4 eggs 1 1/2 onions 2 tomatoes 1/4 cup of butter Method: 1. We are going to cook it my way, so beat the eggs but donâ€™t beat it too much. 2. Now your onions and your tomatoes should be chopped finely. 3. Place the butter in the hot saucepan and let it melt. 4. Once melted place the tomatoes and onions in the saucepan. 5. Once cooked pour the egg in the saucepan and let it cook. You could leave some juice behind. 6. Place it on a plate and enjoy!!!!
Vegetable Spring Rolls Ingredients: 300 g fresh egg noodles 1/4 chinese cabbage (shredded) 2 carrots finely grated 4 green onions sliced 12 snow peas thinly sliced 12 button mushrooms, chopped 275 g packet spring roll pastry olive oil Method: 1. Place noodles into a heat-proof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Leave it until it is tender. Rinse under cold water but drain first. 2. Combine the noodles and vegetables in a bowl and mix. Place one pastry sheet in front of you. One corner must be facing you. 3. Place a tablespoon of mixture on the corner of your pastry. Fold the corner over the filling. Brush the opposite corner with water (cold). Keep rolling it then seal. Repeat the process until nothing is left. 4. Pour oil into saucepan. Make sure it is one-third full. Heat over medium-high heat, then place the spring rolls in it. Put 5 at a time for 3 to 4 minutes or until it is golden. Drain it in paper towel. 5. Make a sauce by using soy sauce.
Chicken/sweetcorn soup Ingredients: 4 cups chicken consomme 2 (200g each) single chicken brest fillets 1T light soy sauce 1T cornflour 1/4 cup of water 420g can creamed corn 300g can corn kernel (rinsed and drained) 100g shaved ham, sliced thinly 2 egg whites 1t sesame oil 6 green shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced Salt and pepper (grounded) Method: 1. Place the consomme and chicken in a saucepan where it would fit. Put it in high heat. 2. Reduce heat to low then let it simmer when the chicken is cooked 3. Place chicken in a bowl then shred it not too thin but not too thick 4. Add the soy sauce and ginger in the consomme mixture. 5. Once water is smooth add the cornflour. Stir the mixture until it thickens. 6. Add creamed corn, corn, ham and let it cook while stirring occasionally. Stop when hot. 7. Whisk egg whites in a bowl then pour egg whites in the soup. Stir it constantly. Cook for 2 mins. 8. Add the sesame oil and half of the green shallots, season with salt and pepper. 9. Place soup in bowls then add remaining shallots.
Chicken Burger Ingredients: 500g chicken mince 2/3 cup corn 1 carrot, grated 2/3 grated cheese salt and pepper 2 tomatoes 1 onion large chopped finely 4 burgers Method 1. 2. 3. 4.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the tomato and burger. Shape it into round, flat burgers. Oil pan over low to medium heat, add burgers and cook for 5 minutes each side. Once both are cooked place steak in the burger and add tomatoes in the 4 of them/
Banana Cake Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 4 small bananas 1t vanilla 1t bicarbonate soda 50ml milk 1/2 caster sugar 1 1/2 self raising flour Method: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla Add eggs separately, beating well Mash bananas and add to mixture Dissolve soda in milk and add flour and milk alternately. Bake in 2 greased tins or 1 large tin Put in oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until cooked. Once cooked add icing sugar at the top then eat.
