CASE STUDY Flat Roof Waterproofing project in Manilla, Philippines The Manilla Tennis Club is one of the most prestigious colonial buildings in the city. The roof of this building needed a renovation as the old bitumenfelt was leaking. The MARISEAL SYSTEM was selected to be applied over the old bitumenfelts and waterproof the roof once and for all.
The MARISEAL SYSTEM® is the technologically advanced, premium liquid polyurethane waterproofing system that offers easy application, full certifications, and most importantly guaranteed long lasting results. It can be used for any roof or terrace in new construction but also for repair or renewal. The MARISEAL SYSTEM® consists of different products, dependent on the roofs characteristics. In this case the system applied consisted of the MARISEAL AQUA-PRIMER, the certified one component polyurethane liquid waterproofing membrane MARISEAL 250 and the aliphatic polyurethane top-coat MARISEAL 400.
