TUESDAY - 2nd night: Blue Lagoon Our destination: the famed Blue Lagoon. This superb stretch of water is ringed by islands and Blue Lagoon Cruises’ very own private island peninsula. Watch as the crew position the vessel right up to the beach and tie her off to the coconut trees. Enjoy happy hour on shore with canapés. A very special night enjoying a traditional Lovo meal cooked underground, you’ll dine under the coconut palms and the tropical stars. There will be Fijian meke: singing, dancing and story telling by local villagers.

WEDNESDAY - 3rd night: Sawa-I-Lau Island A guided island walk across the island is offered this morning to visit an island style cake shop and browse the shell market. This offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding Islands, or choose to laze in the sun or try your hand at basket weaving. A guided snorkelling safari is also on offer today. Lunch is served on board as M.V. Fiji Princess cruises north for a private guided visit to the amazing Sawa-I-Lau caves.

The village of Tamasua welcomes us to a yaqona ceremony, a guided walk around the village and a village style ‘feast’ prepared and cooked by the village women. You will be Fijian for the night, sitting on mats, eating Fijian village food. The villagers will share their culture and home with us for the evening.

Anchorage: Sawa-I-Lau Island THURSDAY - 4th night: Drawaqa Island Cruise to Drawaqa Island where our Marine Biologist joins us for a presentation about the local marine life and the volunteer conservation work carried out in the area. During May to October you will have the opportunity to snorkel with the magnificent manta rays. Also on offer today is an excursion to the local island school to view the work of the Vinaka Fiji Volunteers. Dinner this evening is a barbecue served under the stars. Tonight is party night Fiji style. Anchorage: Drawaqa Island FRIDAY Enjoy breakfast onboard as M.V. Fiji Princess cruises back toward Port Denarau. Along the way you will be serenaded with a traditional Isa Lei farewell song by the crew, as your exploration of the beautiful Yasawa Islands comes to an end.

MONDAY - 1st night: Yalobi Bay Join a private high speed catamaran transfer to the Sacred Isles. Welcome aboard M.V. Fiji Princess. Check in to your cabin and then enjoy lunch onboard. Spend the remainder of the day swimming, snorkelling or just relaxing. Fiji style high tea is served following a cooking lesson on how to make ‘Roti in Lolo’. Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine at sunset, prior to the Captain’s Dinner. Entertainment provided by our talented singing, dancing, guitar-playing crew.

You’re on your way to a holiday in paradise! A Blue Lagoon Cruise is a carefree and delightful way to experience Fiji, and below are a few things to bring with you to help make your experience even more relaxed. GREETINGS Our crew are all Fijian, and although they all speak fantastic English, it’ll make their day if you know a few Fijian words to surprise them: • Bula - is Fijian for ‘Hello’ (accompanied by an ear-to-ear Fiji grin). • Moce - pronounced ‘mothy’ is Fijian for ‘Goodbye’. • Yadra - pronounced ‘yandra’ is Fijian for ‘Good morning’. • Vinaka - is Fijian for ‘Thank you’. • And most importantly, Seqa na Lega (Pronounced “senga na lenga”) is Fijian for “No Worries”.

THINGS TO BRING • A printed copy of your booking confirmation/reference number for check-in purposes. • Dress is casual and informal, with emphasis on casual resort wear. • Your swimwear, sun hat, sunglasses and a rash shirt/t-shirt for snorkelling. • Pack plenty of sunscreen and mosquito repellent. • Include a light jacket/sweater for cooler evenings. • You are welcome to bring a small selection of school stationary or gifts for the village school children if you wish. • Diving is an option (at an additional cost), which should be pre-arranged before your departure. Don’t forget to pack your dive certificate. • No need to bring beach towels as these are provided and changed daily. • A small selection of essentials can be purchased on-board. • Make sure to bring your camera and a sense of fun!

TRAVEL INSURANCE • It is essential that all Blue Lagoon Cruises passengers have valid travel insurance. Please bring details of your insurance policy with you.

MONEY • CASH: You may wish to bring some cash with you in case you wish to purchase some souvenirs during the village visits.

It’s a good idea to bring a copy of your booking confirmation/reference number so you have your details handy for check-in. MONEY CONT’D • CASH WITHDRAWAL: There are no banks or ATM machines in the Yasawa Islands. Cash machines are located in Nadi and at Port Denarau. • TIPPING: Gratuities are not required. However, if you wish to offer a gratuity as a gesture of thanks for services rendered, please leave it with our Cruise Director. • CASH FREE: For your convenience we operate a cashless system. You may use your Cruise Account for onboard drinks and some optional shore excursions. All purchases on board are charged to your account for settlement at the end of the cruise. We accept all major credit cards. Small denomination local currency is required for village markets and gratuities. Your Cruise Account must be settled prior to disembarkation. Limited foreign currency, cash or credit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card & Diners) will be accepted for payment of your account. An administration fee of 3% is applied to all credit card transactions.

CHECK-IN / DISEMBARKATION • CHECK IN LOCATION: Blue Lagoon Cruises desk, Port Denarau Terminal, Port Denarau, Nadi, Fiji. • CHECK IN TIME: Check-in is generally available from 1.5 hours prior to departure. Please check your cruise itinerary for your scheduled check-in time. • LUGGAGE: Luggage is limited to what you can stow in your cabins, so you would be advised not to over pack. All bags must be clearly labeled with your name. Bags have to be handled by our crew and we would appreciate a weight limit of 25kg per person. • DISEMBARKATION: On the final day of your cruises please leave your luggage outside your cabin prior to 9:00am (it will be landed ashore by the ship’s crew) and return your key to reception. All cabin accounts must be settled at reception between 6.00am and 8.00am. The Ship’s crew will farewell you before disembarkation.

• ACCOMMODATION (M.V. Fiji Princess): 34 cabins. All cabins open to an inside passageway and have port hole windows. Each room has a yacht style, private bathroom ensuite, on/off air-conditioning, hair dryers, 240 volt power with 110-volt converters available if required, international shaver point in the bathroom, soaps, shampoo and towels; and are serviced daily. • AIR CONDITIONING: Cabins have a simple on/off switch & temperature gauge. If you wish to leave your cabin door open, please switch off the air-conditioning.

Each evening while you are dining, a stewardess will be conducting evening bed turn-down and leaving a copy of the following day’s itinerary. ON-BOARD AMENITIES CONT’D • DIVING: Dive opportunities are at an additional cost for both certified and intro divers. All certified divers must present an internationally recognized Open Water Dive Certificate to the dive instructor to participate in certified dives. Introductory (or beginner) divers are not required to have a certification card however they will need to complete a medical and waiver form. To avoid disappointment, passengers with any health issues or taking any medication, should visit their doctor to obtain a fitness to dive certificate prior to embarkation (not available in Fiji). Divers should register your interest with our Reservations department when booking your cruise. Up to one intro or certified dive per day can be pre-booked. Additional dives may be available subject to conditions – these can be booked on board with the Cruise Director. • EXCURSIONS: During the cruise we offer a number of shore excursions. As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, please be prompt to gather at reception with any items you may need, including sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, bathers, towel and reef shoes (for wet landings) or walking shoes (details will be provided in your daily on-board itinerary). Remember to cover your shoulders and knees and remove hats and sunglasses when visiting villages. • FACILITIES: Swimming / splash pool, spa, sun deck, glass bottomed-boat, cocktail bar, open air dining saloon, library and movies (available on USB drives on request); self-service guest laundry and 24 hour coffee and tea facilities (available in the dining lounge). • GAMES / BOOKS: A small selection of games & books are located in the bar / lounge area. Please feel free to make use of the games but please kindly return them after use. Kindly return or swap the books with one you have brought so that others can enjoy them. • LAUNDRY: The self-service passenger laundry contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and washing tub. Washing powder is available from reception. For line drying clothes, your cabin has a small clothesline in the bathroom plus in addition there are lines on the outer decks should you need them. • MEDICAL: The ship’s crew does not include a doctor, however the Ship’s Officers are trained in First Aid for the administration of basic emergency medication. There is no pharmacy onboard. Please ensure you bring adequate supplies of any prescription medicines you may require. A first aid kit is kept on board, if you have a pre-existing medical condition; we request that you inform us before joining your cruise. In case of medical emergencies, evacuation from the ship is possible by seaplane, helicopter or fast speedboat. Make sure you have travel insurance as this can be expensive. • RECEPTION: Our reception is manned from 7.00am onwards however please feel free to approach our Cruise Director at any time should you have a query.

A complimentary seat-in-coach transfer to Port Denarau is available from most Nadi/Denarau hotels on cruise departure days – please ensure this is requested at time of booking. Private Transfers can also be provided for an additional charge. ON-BOARD AMENITIES CONT’D • STORAGE: Valuables can be given to the Cruise Director and logged for security purposes. • SNORKELLING: Fins, masks and snorkels will be issued for each cruise. Please return them to the activities master before disembarkation. • SPA: The Senikai Spa room is located on the lower Hibiscus Deck and offers a range of spa treatments, beauty therapy, massage and hair braiding at additional cost. • TEA & COFFEE: 24hr Complimentary tea & coffee are available in the dining room. • TOWELS: Towels for use ashore are available from reception. We kindly ask you to keep the same beach towel for the duration of the day. New towels will be issued each morning. • WIFI: WiFi is available on M.V. Fiji Princess in the bar and dining area. WiFi can be intermittent as it is accessed via the mobile phone network in Fiji.

FOOD AND DRINK • DIETARY NEEDS: Passengers requiring special meals should advise Blue Lagoon Cruises in writing at least two weeks prior to sailing and discuss with the Cruise Director on boarding. Most special diets can be catered for but we do need to be able to prepare for you in some cases. • WATER: Filtered water is provided in the refrigerator in your cabin as well as in the dining room / lounge (and at meal times). If you prefer bottled water, this is available for purchase on-board at the bar. • BIRTHDAYS & SPECIAL OCCASIONS: You may want to order a cake, champagne or make some other celebratory arrangement for that special occasion. Please give two weeks’ notice before sailing.

• ALCOHOL: We regret that Fijian licensing laws do not permit passengers to bring their own alcohol on board M.V. Fiji Princess. Receipted storage facilities are available. • SMOKING: Smoking is only permitted in certain areas of the ship. Please refrain from smoking in your cabin.

• DINING: Dining is a vital ingredient in your Fijian cruise. Whether it is an alfresco luncheon, gourmet barbecue or the Captains dinner, our food is prepared on board from fresh local and imported produce and our on-board entertainment adds a special flavour to the mix. Breakfast is from 7.00am – 9.00am. Lunch is at 12noon or 12.30pm. Dinner is from 7.00pm - 8.00pm or as otherwise advised. There is one sitting for meals. Table seating for all meals is free seating.
