VARNA SOUTH FRONT MASTERPLAN The masterplan proposal of the extension of the city of Varna reveals a new identity of the city. It merges the historical city center of Varna and the old industrial shipyard zone. We aim to give the harbour back to the people.

THREE Y`ART / ADAPTIVE RE-USE OF SHIPYARD The project extends from the masterplan stage into the building stage, by offering a re-use proposal for the shipyard. The building has potential to become a strong activator of Varna`s seaport. Cultural and social projects lead to the growth and evolution of cities.

In the long future of the Residential Zone Metropolitan area of Milan one of the challenges is to address the transition from traditional energy production to new more sustainable energy sources. In particular, we focus on the production of electricity by using many untapped sources present in Milan. In light of that knowledge, one of the most inovative energy systems today is hydrogen production and distribution. The production of hydrogen requires water and this is an opportunity to re-shape the territory by growing its waterscape. Our proposed blue-green network strategy has the potential to transform the urban fabric and increase the quality of life. It has a long-lasting imprint on the footprint of the city. 11
