LEARNING STYLE: VISUAL AND VERBAL MATERIALS: BINGO CARDBOARD OBJECTIVE: TO IDENTIFY THE CORRECT VOWEL SOUND IN THE ASSESSMENT

INSTRUCTIONS: STUDENTS WILL SELECT A CARDBOARD WITH A MINIMAL PAIR. AFTER THAT, THE PROFESSOR WILL CHOOSE A PAPER WITH A SPECIFIED WORD, SO THE STUDENTS HAVE TO PUT A BEAN IN THE CORRECT WORD AND SO ON. STUDENTS CAN PLAY WITH ALL THE VOWELS OR JUST ONE. IT DEPENDS ON THE CONTENT STUDIED IN THE CLASSES.

LEARNING STYLE: VISUAL AND VERBAL MATERIALS: BANANA PANCAKES SONG   OBJECTIVE: TO RECOGNIZE AND ANALYZE THE SOUND /U/ AND /Ʊ/ IN THE SONG

INSTRUCTIONS: STUDENTS WILL WORK IN PAIRS AND LISTEN TO THE  SONG BANANA PANCAKES. AFTER THAT, THEY HAVE TO FIND WORDS IN THE SONG WITH THE VOWELS /U/ AND /Ʊ/. FINALLY, THE STUDENTS COMPARE THEIR ANSWERS WITH ANOTHER CLASSMATE.  STUDENTS CAN USE THE DICTIONARY

LEARNING STYLE: PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND VERBAL MATERIALS: VOWELS CARDS   OBJECTIVE: TO PRODUCE THE CORRECT VOWEL SOUND DEPENDING ON THE CHALLENGE

INSTRUCTIONS: STUDENTS WILL MAKE A CIRCLE IN THE CLASS. IN THE CENTER OF THE CIRCLE, THEY WILL HAVE THE CARDS WITH ALL THE VOWELS OF ENGLISH. AFTER THAT, THE TEACHER WILL PROVIDE A BALL AND PUT MUSIC. SO, STUDENTS HAVE TO PASS THE BALL UNTIL THE MUSIC STOPS AND WHEN THE MUSIC STOPS THE STUDENT WITH THE BALL HAS TO PICK A CARD AND ANSWER ACCORDING TO THE CARD.

INSTRUCTIONS: STUDENTS WILL MAKE GROUPS OF THREE (NO MORE). AFTER THAT, THE PROFESSOR WILL GIVE A LIST OF WORDS AND THEY HAVE TO CLASSIFY THEM DEPENDING ON THE SOUND /Ɛ/. EACH STUDENT WILL PARTICIPATE BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO GO IN FRONT OF THE CLASS AND WRITE THE CORRECT WORD ON THE BOARD. SO, ONE NEW WORD, A NEW VOLUNTEER.

INSTRUCTIONS: STUDENTS WILL RECORD AN AUDIO WITH ALL THE WORDS OF THE LIST. ALSO, THEY CAN GO TO THE LAB AND USE ALL THE TOOLS PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL. AFTER THAT, THE STUDENTS WILL WORK IN PAIRS CHECKING THE PRONUNCIATION ON THE AUDIOS. FINALLY, EACH GROUP WILL MAKE ONE MORE AUDIO WITH AL THE IMPROVEMENTS, ONE WORD PER STUDENT AND INTERCALATED. THE AUDIO IS GONNA BE CHECKED BY THE TEACHER AND SHE OR HE WILL PROVIDE A FEEDBACK.
