POTATO CHEESE BALLS


Ingredients: 1kg 2 tsp

Potatoes Pepper powder Cheese cubes Bread crumbs Salt (to taste) Egg Oil (for frying) Water (for boiling)


Procedure: 1

You need to boil the potatoes

Take boiled potatoes, Grate them in a bowl

Add salt to taste and pepper powder

Mash the potatoes

Make small balls of potatoes, fill in the cheese

Dip in the egg wash and roll it in bread crumbs

Deep fry until golden brown

Serve with tomato ketchup
