This station works on a decentralized circulation system where the passengers can access the station only via paths that lead to the station from either identified public transit systems or identified decentralized parking lots. All the layers of the station are entirely designed based on a grid that comes form the circulation of the capsule and cartridge. The entire system is designed to work like a machine so as to be efficient in circulation and movement.

“War Museum”

The main concept of this project is showing the contradiction predominated in the substance of 'WAR' as a catastrophic tool in order to achieve peace based on governments 'manifestos'. In this project the concept of contradiction is shown in the forms of a circle with one soft line which is surprisingly shaped out of broken straight lines. Moreover the circular shape can be the best form to create a smooth circulation for exhibiting art pieces inside galleries.

Site of project is located in north of Iran with temperate climate and sloping roofs. So, This kind of roofs should be used in architectural projects in that area . This mandatory shape of roofs helped the project to show the the violent spirit of wars in the geometry of broken straight lines in 3dmentional aspects also.

Using the static form of square and deconstructing it in order to create the motion in the contrary of required stationary for pause spaces such as lobby. Emphasis on contradiction as the main concept in interior space .

Designing courtyards in order to combine the building with nature. Additionally, it would create various perspectives and also help the viewer navigate easily inside museum. Moreover, it would balance Filled and void spaces in the structure.

Using Soft forms for ramp as a smooth form for walking, moving and exhibiting around plus emphasizing the main concept of contradictory with its opposite form to straight lines of project. Moreover it would refer to the substance form of plan which was a circle.

“Smart Technology Park In Digital Era” Tehran, Iran Final Thesis, Atumn2010 Isac Rezazadeh Studio


Smart technology park is a place that we use technology in order to show the technology itself. This project, as a building that shows the future culture and technology that we need to be familiar with to use in our lives in Digital era is designed to be constructed in Abbas Abad Hills in Tehran which is the biggest cultural region in Middle East. The main concept of design was created from the context, the special feature of site which was located in both sides of an urban plaza. I actually decided to choose this particular site for my thesis because it was so challenging and would combine architecture with urban landscape. So, I designed the technology park building in both sites and connect these two building with a bridge and some stairs as a gallery that people can interact with each other and walk through new media galleries. Therefore, technology park makes the function of urban plaza more active and also would stabilize the position of project in urban functions. Moreover, this issue would help to synthesize the building with urban margins. Consequently, in this project I use digital forms as a response to the function of building and topographical feature of the site. In this manner, the result of design process is achieving a technology park that is assimilated with the city context via digital forms that shows the concept of fluidity, uncertainty, weightlessness, interconnectedness between time and space in digital era and would use to socialize more people plus making them more familiar with new technologies.

“ROBOTIC ANIMATED CASTING” Magnetic Moldless Casting Technology Seminar, Team Work, Winter 2015 INSTRUCTOR: Julia Koerner


The material was tested using multi axis KUKA robot arms. The two arms were mounted with a 350 pound force pull neodymium rare earth magnets and flat metal plates. The mixtures were poured between the two plate and suspended between them via magnetic field. Once extruded, an animated movement was input to the robots, which followed the giving path in space until the mixture was cured or a desired position was achieved.

INTRODUCTION: In collaboration with grand challenges group we started researching on urban sustainability issues in four categories of Energy, Transportation , Water and Biodiversity. We Analyzed 12 major world global cities in terms of four main factors of urban analysis : social, economic, cultural ,technological and tried to extract their best strategies to inject to LA 2050 Urban planning and design. Finally, we started analyzing Los Angeles urban fabric and tried to define strategies that can make los Angeles a sustainable city even after adding projected population of 3.5 / 1.5 / 2.5 million people to LA county and densifying Wilshire corridor as the main hub of job opportunity and future metro line.

This structure is proposed as one of the first windmills in the world which was used for grinding wheat.
