It may be simpler than you think... If you wish to increase what you remember about your dreams, you simply need a little planning, training and patience. This very simplified list of suggestions may be a helpful starting point. 1. Before you go to sleep, plan on remembering your dreams when you wake up. 2. When you first wake up, try not to move, focus on what you were dreaming. 3. Keep something to write on nearby so you can write down what you remember. The Year of Dreaming Dangerously: Awakening the Phoenix Transformation Through Fire...Join Me This year, The Year of Dreaming Dangerously: Awakening the Phoenix (2014) I am reprogramming my dream life to only allow beautiful dreams in my dreamscape. For decades I experienced excessive recurring nightmares that were terribly frightening and disruptive to my sleep and well, my life. In searching for and finding meaning in these dreams I have come to realize that they have taught me caution and I am thankful. The beauty that remains in my still very intense dream life is affirmed daily with the production of collage artwork of words and images. At the end of this year (2014) I will be burning a paper print of each of the collages. The transformation through fire represents the huge change my dream-life has undergone. I am the Phoenix rising from the ashes of my former destructive dream life. If you would like to join me in this symbolic burn by including one of your dreams to the fire, please send a digital copy of your dream as an attachment to me by Private Message on Facebook or my personal email email@example.com.
