Christian News Paper Author: Marcy Watson
The evolving world is seeing many new and unique things developing in and around it. As science progresses by leaps and bounds, we have taken up the responsibility and made it our right to question God and his ways. This has led to the digression of mankind from religion. Few God fearing persons remain. It is here where the different ways, of turning both man and woman back to their Lord, comes in. Many people might have heard of the term ‘christian business’. It’s simply doing business on the principles of Christian faith—or more aptly, the Christian way. One might be familiar with the (quite resentful) phrase, “It’s all business…” How is it possible for someone to shed away one’s morals, character and integrity just to earn a few material gains? When people hear the term ‘Christian Business’, they at once deduce, that it includes all trading related to products and services related to Christianity only (like a Christian bookstore!). However, it is very different. Doing business on Christian principles is quite basically doing business on ‘fair terms’. You don’t dupe or deceive your customers. You offer them quality products and services for the money they pay—not more not less. This however does not mean that you try to convert your customers to Christianity! Any person can do this kind of business. One just has to provide the real value for their customers—the value they are looking for. Thus you give them exactly what they want with love, sincerity and honesty. If problems arise you should try to resolve them peacefully and without losing your calm. You should also treat your employees with love and compassion because what you give is what you get back. If one abides by these guidelines the Lord will shower His blessings upon his/her hard work. However, one does need money to run a business. Money maybe the root of all evil but in today’s world one cannot go the whole way with empty coffers. Sometimes what you get in return for your work is not sufficient. Sometimes you do not get the suitable recognition or the exposure required to build up a solid base. This is where Christian Newspaper comes in. They devote space for solely those people who want to bring in good and honest business to the market—a bit of God in all the rush. They provide services as internet marketing, local advertising, lead generating, stock market investment, business opportunities and various fund raising programs. So you can continue doing business following the Lord’s path without going hungry yourself.
