Detox also helps you with your cholesterol. Foods that help in detoxification also help in eliminating fat. Foods like citrus fruits, oats and lentils all help maintain minimal amounts of fat in the body. Detox diets contain minimal calories but high amounts of fiber and minerals. These food groups metabolize fat, reduce fat profile, and lower bad cholesterol. We can also slowly lose weight once our bodies expel toxins. Always remember, do not rush things, even weight loss.
