CLAUDIO E RAFFAELE Claudio De Stefano ha molto lavorato in Italia e all’estero facendosi conoscere come chef del made in Friuli e collezionando numerosi premi, compreso il “collegium cocorum”. Fra i suoi allievi, Raffaele Tonino, ottimo talento. Stima crescente e collaborazione stretta portano all’idea de Il Platina. Come soci. Un bell’impegno, dal quale Claudio si rilassa con i suoi “Incanti di pasta”, sculture premiate in numerose gare di cucina artistica.
