Marcel Kooter

Marcel Kooter is a commercial strategist and business leader with many years of experience in the international downstream oil industry. Kooter has held positions with several international firms in the oil and gas industry, including several positions with BP such as Global Marketing and Customer Director for BP Oil International UK (2012-15); Strategic Account Manager for BP Plc (2009-12); and Business Development Director for BP Plc (2005-09). Kooter received an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the Technical University of Delft, having also graduated from the Management Programme at Kellog’s University in Chicago. Kooter is currently working as a Senior Consultant at Telos Partners LLP UK. Having been in the role since 2016, Kooter works alongside the company’s clients to create sustainable success, including turning around an already established arbitrage trading hedge fund to create further growth.
