I was born on March 14, 1983 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, grandson of watercolorist, art and design have always been very present in my life, the passion for design, create and build means that one day I decided to study architecture at the University Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a profession that I had quite clear to perform since I was a kid and which I do with enthusiasm and ambition. While I was doing my final project I made the decision to move to Madrid to study simultaneously the Master of Environment and bioclimatic architecture, the influence of my father, an agronomist, has always been that I have felt a certain curiosity about the green and this was the perfect time to take a step further, along this year I realized the importance of keeping a place, the need to build accordance with the conditions that surround us, of how beneficial it is to take advantage of materials nearby that with minimal effort saving is achieved, the tranquility, the serenity, comfort, happiness gives us live with the green.

This project develops an interpretive center on the north side of the Cathedral of Santa Ana, intervening on a site where currently found archaeological remains of the Rosarios Church and the San MartĂ­n Hospital. Also the program includes a protection cover of said remains, which can not be traversed on foot.

This project is defined by two objectives: 1. Investigate a possible metamorphosis of the apple with the joint in its midst of residential space, public space and community services. 2. This project proposes a general reflection of the role of public space in contemporary urban culture. Proposing to redefine existing spaces that have lost their civic value, to become social spaces, meeting places assets into the neighborhood.

The program for this project proposes a cultural center designed especially for young people in the neighborhood of A単aza, Tenerife. It is a sloping plot facing the sea, something that will be taken into consideration in developing the project. It is intended that there is a dialogue between the guest and the ocean as the cultural center is crossed, looking influenced both the curved shapes as in the use of materials, being virtually the entire south glass facade to promote relationships that are to be achieved there are both an interior-exterior duality between the watcher and the environment which is regarded as an exteriorexterior duality, the sea and sky are reflected in the facade allowing imaginary continuity.

So far the walk from the beach of Las Canteras ended in the neighborhood of La Puntilla with a hard front and low, which together with the limited functionality of the platform on the park lead to a break in the continuity walk / Puntilla. At the same time the district of La Isleta in his encounter with the sea is enclosed in itself losing any connection to the coast, that is accentuated by the absence of open spaces or parks where neighbors can interact. This proposal would create new spaces of relationship with the emptying of the plot, these spaces in turn occupy the existing buildings covered spaces creating a community level. The overlap of these spaces and the building housing proposal is supported by a structural skin that transforms dividing walls and either recycled or extended by terraces.

The growing occupation throughout the seventeenth century the cliffs that surround the core foundational landscape articulated a popular, colorful and craftsman, which is clustered together with the chapels that identify it. The cliffs are needed to look into its past to rediscover in the present the signs of its identity.

The city life sometimes becomes stressful and unrewarding, so some families, taking into consideration the labor independence that represent emerging technologies, pose a gradual return to the villages, many of which are abandoned. Housing proposal represents an intermediate step and an experiment for the family.

Climate conditions Guadalajara's climate is defined as a mild Mediterranean climate with cold winters and hot summers. Rather dry, with distinct seasons which are wet in spring and autumn, and dry in the winter and summer. Also seen cycles of wet years followed by other dry, sometimes even a little rain for four or five years straight, and registering as many annuities after floods, severe storms and abundant snowfall. The average annual rainfall is 350 liters per square meter, with peaks in autumn and minimum in summer. The sunny weather all year anticyclone prevails. The prevailing wind direction is southwest and north in summer.

[Bioclimatic rehabilitation]

The district of Canillas, Madrid, was designed and built in the 50's under the direction of the arch. Luis Cubillo de Arteaga who was among a group of Oiza Saenz, Romany, Molezún, Corrales, Leoz, Castro Vázquez Iñiguez and that made the outskirts of Madrid an immense urban laboratory, social and plastic, resulting in the most ambitious adventure in Spanish the field of social housing.

Aims An Agenda 21 will be performed first in the district of Canillas and then work on different types of housing by making use of measures aimed at energy saving and alternative energies.

Detached houses_ Redistribution of housing that can be inhabited by disabled and / or users of the 3 senior by 25% of the typology.

Block housing_ 25% of this type of houses should be rented accommodation.

Towers_ Redistribution of spaces proposed rental housing for young couples or single persons. It posits the existence within the building of common use items such as child care, laundry, reception, external use, such as low-cost hotels, gym, library, etc.. 73

La Graciosa, a project of common interest The island of La Graciosa has two welldefined urban areas of rapid growth, whose sole purpose is the enrichment of a few individuals without regard to conservation and sustainable aspects of environmental concerns. That is why a program arises insular development of "micro-networks" of common interest, where each resident will be involved in a direct way in each of its aspects: optimizing the use of energy resources, applying the principles of bioclimatic architecture using environmentally sound materials, waste recycling and disposal of non-technical end recyclable, optimizing water use and recycling, etc..
