What we eat
In our community we see that more people like fast food tan healthy food. The reason of that is because we do an analysis of 20 person and all that 20 persons almost all like fast food is really bad but it teats good but the excess of junk food in all the world is really bad because it can be bad for our live and for all the lives that are in the hole world. In this analysis we find some people that like to eat healthy food like salads all that kind of healthy food. In the community all these persons like to drink more sodas that water and juice is alike in the world all the people are in the bad place because for all that genius people that create the technology is amazing but is districting us and also the food all the new recipes the are very bad but people like that why the buy and buy and buy itâ€™s because of the delicious food that they create. We are destroying our selves with simple things that we like

One thing that could help you to have a healthier life is eat fruit, because fruit gives you energy, the recommended amount is of 2-3 cups per day.

Other good thing you can do to maintain a healthy life is to eat integral food, this is a lot better.
tip 3 The third tip is to do sport, this is an easier and fun way to be healthy and look good, there are a lot of ways that you can do sport, in the gym or you can just run in your neighborhood.

Ingredients 1) 2 can of tuna 2) 1 tomato 3) Â˝ box of spaghetti 4) 1 can of olives 5) Olive oil 6) Salt 7) Oregano Instructionsâ€™ 1) I boil the water in a big pot 2) I cut the tomato and the olives in small pieces 3) I open the two tuna cans 4) I put the spaghetti in the pot and let it cook 5) I drain the water in the sink 6) I put all the ingredients in a big recipient 7) I mix all the food
