Mantooth Marketing Company is pleased to have the opportunity to submit a proposal to assist Miramont Lifestyle Fitness with its overall Marketing and Public Relations, and all around Communication efforts. As a female-owned marketing and PR company serving Northern Colorado for the past 18 years, we feel we have the experience, creativity and personal understanding to enhance Miramont Lifestyle Fitness’s daily awareness and relationship within the community. Relationship marketing is the foundation of Mantooth Marketing’s success. We value the relationships we nurture daily. Company to client; business to business; business to consumer; business to community. This philosophy is particularly critical in the fitness environment. Miramont is not only marketing itself to potential members but also direct to businesses encouraging each to have a fitness plan in place. Public Relations is more than writing a press release and sending it out to a news source. PR is about building a relationship between your audience and organization, in addition to media sources. At Mantooth, we take PR efforts to the next level by utilizing strategy and creativity to generate newsworthy stories about our clients and making sure the community is aware of the client’s positioning and service. The way that we operate at Mantooth is unlike most agencies. We operate as a team; however each client is given one specific Account Manager to fit the personality of the account. Each Account Manager works with a variety of Graphic Designers, Project Managers and Interns as well as the Social Media and Online Marketing Director to make sure that the client goals are not only met, but exceeded. We feel that marketing is a complex industry that requires consultation with potential clients, developed integrated marketing campaigns that include all elements of research, marketing, public relations and possibly advertising necessary to surpass our clients’ goals as well as periodic evaluation and adaptation. We talk about our clients all the time whether it be in community minded or business meetings we are attending, with the media, with our amazing group of clients or through our very own social sites. We’re a group of involved women and we know how to talk. We’d love to talk more about Miramont. If we proceed with a partnership, the following team members will serve as the key leaders on your account. While you may find you only interact with two to three people regularly, know that the entire Mantooth team is contributing ideas, feedback and support to your account. CONNIE HANRAHAN Owner and Visionary Connie Hanrahan founded Mantooth Marketing Company soon after her eight-year career as the Marketing Manager for more than 50 Subway Sandwiches locations. With a desire to give back to the community and branch out on her own, Connie and Mantooth celebrates their 18th year providing marketing and all services associated with marketing for the Northern Colorado community. Connie lends her experience, expertise and creativity to each account at Mantooth, ensuring quality and providing direction. AUDRA DINELL Project Manager Audra Dinell graduated from Wichita State University in 2009 with an Integrated Marketing Communications degree and spent four years working in marketing for companies within the financial industry before joining Mantooth. A Fort Collins resident as of 2012, her experience includes event planning, copywriting, brand management, media placement and digital marketing, including social media. Through Mantooth, Audra is excited about the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of industries.

ROSE MARIE MASSARO Marketing Account Specialist Rose Marie Massaro brings over 20 years of marketing experience and expertise to the company. Rose Marie spent the majority of her career in New York’s publishing industry, where she serviced a diverse range of high-profile ad accounts, including health and pharmaceuticals. She was voted Good Housekeeping magazine’s “Marketing Person of the Year” for sales ideas that generated over $2 million.

BRANDING AND MESSAGING DEVELOPMENT Mantooth will work together with the staff of the Foundation to streamline messaging which could include tagline and boiler plate creation for different funds, and assistance with communicating mission statements.

PUBLIC RELATIONS TACTICS • Generate public relations in the Northern Colorado communities by developing newsworthy story ideas, with implementation in the areas for each of the aforementioned Foundation, Funds and events οο For example, a spotlight on a successful case study, spotlighting various donors and their contributions οο Many times, some of our most successful PR campaigns are developed around what our clients are already doing. We have the ability to look at your current efforts, reword and rework them into unique and compelling headlines. οο We are a group of highly engaged community members and we are happy to provide consultation on additional event opportunities, community involvement and donor relations. If Mantooth is granted the opportunity to work with Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, Mantooth will develop a comprehensive plan with detailed deliverables and schedule. Services will be executed under the approval the marketing department located within Miramont. Regular status updates on different media and their results will be consistently reported back to you.

SERVICE FEE PROPOSAL At Mantooth we are a bit different than most marketing or public relation companies when it comes to our fee. First and foremost, At Mantooth you are only charged for the minutes and hours worked. If at any time we find hours are below the retainer we have quoted, you will be charged only for those minutes our hours. Yes, we did say minutes. It can drive our accounting department a bit crazy but we feel strongly that if 22 minutes are worked then it’s 22 minutes you pay for. We are also different where there is quite a bit of bundling that takes place at Mantooth. What does this mean? Well, if we are meeting with a local media source pitching four client story ideas, you are only charged for the time we discuss you. Many companies find this a way to charge each company for the full time – not us. We feel strongly that you get what you put into life and honesty, loyalty and integrity are the first three ingredients when it comes to working with Mantooth. Above we mentioned the word retainer so let us explain. We have found in the past 18 years that it’s easier to work within a retainer than hourly. Our clients get a set amount of hours based on the jobs that need to be accomplished. When we first start to work with a new client, we recommend a “floating” retainer which means we offer to different amounts, a minimum and a maximum. These two amounts help with your budgeting knowing what we won’t go under as well as go over. Some months have greater need, and we account for this. continued >

< continued For example, our minimum retainer for all clients is $1,250 a month. And with this retainer with new clients, we normally suggest a maximum level to be set at $1,750 a month which these two amount equate to anywhere from 14 to 19 hours a month. If, at the beginning of our working together, there is a lot of work, you will be billed the high end of the retainer. We feel that the first few months will take a lot of work in order to make sure that we are where we need to be and to get the ball rolling on many different things at once, however after a few months we are certain that the amount of work will level out. Since Miramont is simply interested in how Mantooth operates at this time and what we might be able to bring to the table if you were to make a change, we canâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t provide an exact quote on the job duties needing to be fulfilled. If Miramont decides to pursue a relationship with Mantooth, we would conduct a client informational intake and then provide an accurate fee structure. None of our retainers include graphic design, which is $65/hr. We understand you have your own graphic design department and would simply be here in the event of a design emergency. Account Managers manage all budgeting here and quality control to make sure you only pay for what you want.
