“We were wowed by such nurturing, caring staff who know our child on a real, personal, and holistic level. We feel so taken care of and so known and loved by the staff, and it was the perfect place for our kindergartner to be!”
“My son comes home from camp each day singing Rock the Rock songs, teaches us his favorite camp games in the backyard, and wants to “play camp” with his stuffies. Camp is now forever part of who he is and has become his happy place so quickly. Thank you, J-Day Camps!”
“Thank you for the amazing, enthusiastic, energetic space you create each day! My daughter wakes up so excited for camp each day and practically leaps out of the car in the mornings. It’s such a gift to see her feel so welcomed and to watch her be part of a community!”
“At camp, I can be brave. My friends and counselors make me feel like it’s okay to try something new and help me believe in myself. It’s my favorite feeling to be on stage in front of an audience (even though I used to be really shy!) and to sing with my PAC group.”
“I’ve tried so many new things this summer! My counselor taught us how to grill and cook outside, I passed the deep end test for the first time, I was a mascot at Maccabiah, and I danced in front of so many people! I didn’t know I would love those activities but camp makes it cool to do something new and showed me it’s not scary.”
“I have no idea what my life would be without camp and I am so glad I don’t have to find out! Here, I am my best self and surrounded by counselors and friends who love me for me.”
