Rockwell Kent's "Egypt" at museum A new exhibit focusing on the life and work of note painter Rockwell Kent, “Rockwell Kent’s ‘Egypt’: Shadow and Light in Vermont, will open on Saturday, June 9 at the Bennington Museum. The exhibit runs through October 30. This exhibit and accompanying catalog is the first compre-

powerful paintings including “Autumn and “Nirvana. These, along with more than 50 works of this artist, including many rarely seen Vermont paintings, prints and drawings, are on view in the exhibit. For more information about the exhibit, call the Bennington Museum at 802-447-1571 or visit www.benningtonmuseum.org.
