In an endeavor to provide eye care to the ones most in need, RCBK organized an Eye Checkup Camp. Two old age homes were the focus of our compassionate initiative - the Manavseva old age home and another run by the Maratha Foundation.
Among the residents, we found twelve individuals at Manavseva and twenty-five at the Maratha Foundation Home suspected to have cataract. For these individuals, we've planned further investigations to ensure a clear path towards restoring their vision.

A successful mission is often backed by selfless individuals working tirelessly behind the scenes. Rtn Mahendra Modi, who coordinated with Sahu Eye Hospital and managed the program, is one such unsung hero. His commitment, dedication, and passion for serving the community truly embody the spirit of RCBK.

We appreciate your selfless service, Rtn Modi!

Our gratitude also extends to the guiding stars of this mission - Director Non-Medical PP Rtn Tribhuvan Kapdi, Director Medical PP Rtn Raj Verma, and Medical Advisor Rtn Dr. Neeta Dodwad. Your guidance and support were instrumental in the smooth execution of the eye checkup camp. Reflecting on the Eye Checkup Camp, we at RCBK are reminded of the significance of sight and the joy of bringing light into someone's world. As we look forward to the path of further investigation and treatment for those suspected with cataracts, we are driven by our commitment to service. Each eye that we help to see clearly reinforces our faith in our mission, inspiring us to forge ahead, illuminating lives, one eye at a time.
