Fruit Skewers with Passionfruit Yoghurt Dip Serves: 6 | Prep time: 15 minutes

1 cup strawberries, hulled 1 cup pineapple, cut into 3cm chunks 1 cup watermelon, cut into 3cm chunks 1 cup melon, cut into thick slices 1 small bunch grapes 1 cup fat free yoghurt 1 passionfruit 1. Thread the strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, bananas and kiwifruit onto skewers. 2. Cut passionfruit in half and extract pulp with a spoon. Mix passionfruit pulp with the yoghurt. 3. Enjoy skewers dipped in passionfruit yoghurt. Note: To stop your fruit browning, squeeze some lemon juice over the freshly cut fruit before threading onto the skewers. Seasonal fruits.
