Program

Numerous cultural projects of Polish Institutes in 22 cities of Europe and the USA as well as several hundred of projects from diplomatic and cultural fields executed by over 100 Polish diplomatic establishments on all continents.

Kuchnia PL/Cuisine PL Polish presidency is a great opportunity to promote Polish cuisine. One of the most reputable Polish chefs, Adam Chrząstowski, is monitoring a composition of a delicious menu with Polish dishes based on native products for top-level meetings in Poland and Brussels. Foreign delegations and reporters visiting Poland during Presidency will be given a recipe pack for Polish cuisine dishes, modernly designed by 16 chefs, including 3 foreign ones, every day working in the best Polish restaurants. The starting point of each recipe is a product commonly associated with Polish cuisine such as: herring, brined cucumber, kasha, poppy seed, wild meat. Each recipe precedes understandable for foreigners product description with culture context. Modern illustrations contribute to attractiveness of the publication.

The Polish Presidency may be described in a long and engrossing manner. Being green, in this leaflet we deliberately limit to stressing descriptors, ideas and statistics. More information at the official Internet portal www.pl2011.eu.
