January 21st was the Malvern Rifle Club’s first Club Day after the 2023 NRANZ Nationals. Some shooters took a break after shooting at the Nationals. The Day was shot at 500 and 600 yards.

It was warm and overcast with cloud cover. Initially, the wind was blown from the targets towards the shooters fishtailing as it blew down the Range, variable in both strength and angle, providing its usual challenges to the shooters. Later the wind changed to a more southerly wind.

Andrew Wilde joined the shooters, trying out FTR. Andrew, from England, had shot at the Nationals and was taking the long way home.
