BANGOR PC FUNDRAISER Bangor Pony Club is holding a Show Cross ‘Have a Go Day’ fundraiser in July at their grounds. For those unsure about what Show Cross is - it's a round of Show Jumping followed immediately by a round of Cross Country style jumps. The Club is based at the
Courtenay A&P Showgrounds, and they currently have approximately 37 members and an enthusiastic bunch of parents. The event will range from poles on the ground up to 80cm, classes will be based on age groups for each height, with additional classes for lead rein and first ridden jumpers. There will be placings from 1st to 6th for each class, as well as spot prizes donated by generous sponsors, Wildering, Grab Earthwork Solutions and Concrete 2U, to be won as well. Delicious hot food will be available for pre-purchase with
your entry, as well as some available on the day. There will be a coffee cart on site also. Bangor Pony Club will be holding a raffle, with the first prize being jump stands with a pole and plank, so remember to take some cash if you wish to purchase some tickets. Kristal Merry Photography will be there photographing the event to catch those special moments. This event will be a fun day for all ages and levels.
