Last question: where do you find inspiration to carry out your work and inspire your workforce? If anyone were to ask me what I thought my professional life would be like when I graduated in electrical engineering, I’d never have imagined I’d one day be inserted in the forestry market. Inspiration comes naturally when one does what one loves and it can be quite contagious within an organization.
