t the June 13 Kiwanis Club luncheon at the EHS Crimson Café, Dr. Joan LaRovere was the special guest speaker. She specializes in pediatric medicine and is also the founder of the Virtue Foundation. Dr. LaRovere is the sister of Everett Kiwanis Club President David LaRovere, who presented her with a Kiwanis t-shirt after her speech. At the luncheon the EHS Allied Health Academy students were also in attendance to listen to Dr. LaRovere and learn about her amazing career in the medical field. The students, shown with Dr. LaRovere, are Tania Sajjad, Nour Ghaib, Carla Piacentini, Paula Silva, Kiana Wilkerson, Anne Mendes, Mariana Rosario and Sandrina DelRosario.
