September 2016-February 2017 Internship  Generated 3D models on Revit to provide a walk-through experience of the building, through computerized visualization.  Integrated videos and pdf files within the IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) information of 3D models, to be viewed by other engineers working on the same project.  Gained extensive knowledge in Business Information Modeling (BIM) and how it is replacing traditional approaches to engineering.  Extensively researched the difference between BIM programs in the market, according to tools, features, information, availability and display.  Worked on the renovation process of an old German house using Revit’s specified tools, and provided the client a preview of the instant changes from old to new.  Created a 3D model of the terrain and existing buildings in Velbert,Germany. Proposed sustainable urban planning solutions to the client. ACE (Associated Consulting Engineers), Amman, Jordan September -October 2015 Internship  Undertook case studies, site investigation and site analysis.  Prepared concept design and zoning proposals.  Prepared full sets of drawings, including dimension plans, furniture plans, tiling plans, ceiling plans, sections and elevations.  Prepared project presentations and 3D perspectives.  Conducted Local authorities’ follow-ups (i.e. Civil defense & Jordanian engineering association). WORKSHOPS The Global Summit VI 2018 September 2018  Participated in discussion panels regarding the concept of thriving green cities, and how it can be implemented in Jordan.  Worked with a team closely on solutions for traffic and public transportation from an urban perspective in nd Jordan, to be presented in the hackathon (2 stage of summit). International expert round table meeting regarding the water crisis in the Middle East. August 2018  Assembled give away packages for all attendees.  Took notes of expert opinions to compare and reach agreeable virtual solutions for the water crisis.  Participated in the discussion from the point of view of the younger generation. Architectural study in Jordanian Districts regarding old housing techniques. November 2017  Submitted a research about al-Fuhais district which entailed vernacular primitive building techniques of old Jordanian housing techniques, and how the culture, weather and environment effect the quality of living.


Ancient Terrace Practices in Jordan September 2017  Attended a Jordanian heritage based workshop with the collaboration of The German protestant institute of Archeology (GPIA) and The German Archaeological Institute-Berlin.  Submitted a research about the conservation of Jordanian heritage through understanding vernacular architecture correctly and integrating modern ways of construction within it. Intercultural Dialogue workshop: Towards Reclaiming Public Spaces within Metropolitan Areas. September -December 2016  Participated in a cross cultural architectural workshop that compares the urban context of Amman and the German city of Dortmund in collaboration of the German students of TU Dortmund.  Submitted urban analysis of the areas surrounding Marka & Downtown Amman. Project Management Workshop with Austrian Professor Hermann Schnell February- March 2015  Submitted a comparison between Austrian and Jordanian project management processes and regulations, prepared two case studies from each context.
