Image Courtesy : rakskitchen Time Chart Preparation Time : 15 minutes Cooking Time : 20 minutes Serves : 4 Essential Ingredients Small Puris : 25 Potatoes :2 Onions : 2 (medium sized) Tomatoes : 1 (medium sized) Green Peas : 2 cups Dahi (curd) : 2 cups (thick) Red Chilli Powder : For Sprinkling Coriander Leaves : For Garnish Sugar : 2 â€“ 3 tablespoons Sev : 2 cups
Green Chutney : 2 tablespoons Red (sweet) Chutney : 2 tablespoons Salt : As much as needed Preparation 1. Peel the potatoes, boil and mash it thoroughly. You can add a pinch of salt to the potatoes now. 2. Chop the onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves finely. Keep them aside in a bowl. 3. Beat the curd with sugar and keep it ready in a cup. 4. Take a plate and place some 10 – 12 pooris and make a hole on the top of each puri. 5. Add ½ teaspoon of mashed potatoes and 5 -6 greenpeas to each puri. 6. Now, add ¼ teaspoon of onions, tomatoes followed by ¼ teaspoon of green chutney and sweet chutney to each puri. 7. Add curd to pooris now and top it with sev. 8. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and coriander leaves all over the pooris. 9. Repeat the same procedure for remaining pooris.
