The Polish Presidency of the UE Council 01.07.-31.12.2011 Dynamic, positive energy and solidarity are the values, which symbolise logo. Presents Poland as a modern country with young spirit, initiating positive changed in Europe. The author of the Polish presidency logo is Jerzy Janiszewski – the author of the Word-famous „Solidarity”, which became a historically symbol of Polish way to freedom and democratic changes in this part of the world.
