We’ve got teams and systems in place at both venues to ensure that all can be sorted over email or phone. However, meeting in person always adds that service element and we welcome site visits to really see in person what these places are about. It’s been a big part of what we’ve done with staff – to make sure we’re all on the same page and have the same passion as the owners.

We’re always looking to see how we can better deliver all of those 3 aspects and we’ve done our hard work in establishing venues on amazing properties. We’ve undergone a few changes in Wellington since I’ve got on board this year
and we’ll be developing and moulding those. We’re also expanding the offering in Wellington too with added features and capacity of numbers – really exciting development that. In Auckland we’ve got a couple of new releases for corporate bookings coming out in the next month so I guess you’ll just have to wait and see… I’ve met Ollie and have attended many events at the Auckland based Kauri Bay Boomrock and its as majestic as it sounds and the team are as amazing as they seem!
